30 days easy return and exchange policy
For our valuable customers, we have designed a 30 days easy return and exchange policy. When you have received your product but have any dissatisfaction with the exact product which you have ordered then just go and claim for our return policy.
Points when you will be eligible for the policy
- This policy will be applicable within 30 days.
- If you have got a different color or size then you will be eligible for this policy.
- If you have got a different product other than what you have ordered then claim it within 30 days.
- If you have got any discrimination in design then you would be eligible for this policy.

- Please remember that if you have got any issue regarding your parcel then get in touch with our customer care department ASAP and within 30 days. After passing 30 days any of your issues will not be entertained.
- Please keep in mind that this policy is not applicable to the change of mind situation.
- Note that if you have misused the product then we won’t be able to address any issue of yours.
Order cancelation Policy
We care for you that’s why we have designed a customer-friendly order cancellation policy. If you have changed your mind or have placed the order mistakenly then you do not have to worry about that at all. You can cancel your order within 24 hours and can get 100% amount back in your respective account. Other than that if you want to cancel your order after 24 hours then 30% of your paid amount will be deducted. Afterward, if you want to cancel your placed order within 3 days then 50% of the deduction will be made directly from your paid amount. Once you have surpassed the time limit of 3 days after confirmation of your order please note that after that you will not be eligible for the cancelation policy.
If you have faced any issue regarding the wrong shipment or change in color, size or design then feel free to contact us via mail. Click your product’s picture and send us, and make sure you mention the issue properly. But also keep in mind that this refund policy is not applicable to customized items.
If you want any change in size and color of the product that you have received please feel free to get in touch with our customer care department and we will change it free of cost according to your desire. You do not have to pay a single penny for that but just the postage cost.
Precautions you must keep in mind while applying for exchange policy
- The product should be in the same condition in which we have delivered you.
- You should not have used that, it should be in its original condition.
- You should not have washed that.
- If the product has been misused or not in its original condition then we will not be able to exchange it for you.

We offer free delivery to our customers globally. Except for some countries like Russia, Iran, Iraq, India, and Brazil, we deliver our products worldwide.
Procedure to claim your return, exchange, or refund:
First thing first just go through our policies briefly and if you feel that you are eligible for the policies then go ahead and claim.

- Take a picture of your received product with the receipt.
- Address your issue properly.
- Fill out the required details just like your name, address, email, account number and receipt details, etc.
- Send us the mail, and we will get back to you and solve your query ASAP.
