RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The satisfaction of our customers is our sole objective and if the customers are not satisfied with the order they receive, we have designed an easy going return and exchange policy for them to avail.

  • The order purchased can be returned to us within 30 days after you have received your jacket. After 30 days, we will not entertain any return.
  • You must have a genuine reason before you apply for the return or exchange of your ordered product.
  • The item you send us back should be in its original condition.
  • To send back your order to us, you must pay the shipping costs on your own expense.
  • You cannot return or exchange a product that you have bought in different sizes.
  • If the tags are removed from the product, the will not be entertained for return or exchange.
  • You can request for the refund, return or exchange of your product within 24 hours after receiving your order. After 24 hours, we will not respond to any requests.
  • Our inspection team will make sure to confirm the complain you are making about the jacket before taking it from you for a return or exchange.
  • You can contact us at sales@jacketamerica.com to make your requests about the return and exchange. Our customer care representatives will keep you updated about all the required procedures.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER:

  • You must make the request for the cancellation of your order within 24 hours if you want to receive the whole of your amount back.
  • 30% of your paid amount will be deducted if the request for the cancellation will be made after 24 hours.
  • If the request for cancellation is made 3 days prior shipping, 50% of your paid amount will be directly deducted.
  • 3 days after your order is confirmed, no requests of cancellation will be considered.
